WORKING CAPITAL FINANCING –BOON TO BUSINESS

November 8, 2011 Posted by admin

INTRODUCTION:

It is widely accepted that every successful business must have a strong working capital position. It is in this context; an attempt was made to explain the concept and various determinative factors influencing net current assets below:

Gross working capital refers to working capital as the total of current assets. That is to say, Gross working capital = Total current assets.
Net working capital refers to working capital as excess of current assets over current liabilities. In other words net working capital refers to current assets financed by long term funds or capital employed of the business.

Accordingly, Net working capital = Current assets – Current liabilities

The net working capital position of the firm is an imperative contemplation, as this will determine the firm’s profitability and risk. Here the profitability refers to profits after expenses and risk refers to the probability that a firm will become technically insolvent where it will be unable to meet obligations when they become due for payment.

A finance manager has to make an appropriate financing mix, which will limit the risk and increase the profitability. Financing mix refers to the proportion of current assets financed by current liabilities and long term funds.

There are two approaches which determine the financing mix (1) Aggressive approach (2) Conservative approach.

According to aggressive approach the long term funds are used to finance only the core or fixed portion of current assets (e.g., minimum level of finished goods inventory, raw material etc) and the other portion i.e. temporary and seasonal requirements are financed by short term funds. This is of high risk and high profit financing mix.

According to conservative approach the total current assets are financed from long term sources and short term sources are used only in emergency situation i.e. when there is an unexpected cash outflow. This is of low-risk and low-profit financing mix.

As we observed two methods of financing mix, one method is of high risk high profit and other is of risk low profit. A finance manager has to trade off between these two extremes.

Operating Cycle:

As there is a time lag between sales and realization of receivables there is a need for sufficient working capital to deal with the problem which arises due to lack of immediate realization of cash against goods sold. The operating cycle is the length of time required for conversion of non-cash assets into cash. This operating cycle refers to the time taken for the conversion of cash into raw material, raw materials into work-in-progress, work-in-progress into finished goods, finished into receivables into cash and this cycle repeats.

The operating cycle length differs from firm to firm. If a firm has lengthy production process or a firm has liberal credit policy the length of operating cycle will be more. On the other hand, if a firm does not extent credit or the firm is not a manufacturing concern i.e. where cash will be converted into inventory directly then the length of operating cycle will be reduced to a greater extent.

The length of operating cycle is calculated based on the following:

  1. Raw materials storage period    (RMSP)
  2. Work in process period              (WIPP)
  3. Finished goods storage period   (FGP)
  4. Debtors collection period            (DCP)
  5. Creditors Payment Period           (CPP)

Therefore Length of operating cycle = 1+2+ 3+4-5

FACTORS INFLUENCING WORKING CAPITAL NEEDS:

A firm should have neither low nor high working capital. Low working capital involves more risk and more returns, high working capital involves less risk and less returns. Risk here refers to technical insolvency while returns refer to increased profits/earnings. The amount of working capital is determined by a wide variety of factors:

  1. Nature of Business: The working capital requirement of a firm depends on the nature of the business. For example, a firm involved in sale of services rather than manufacturing or a firm is allowing only cash sales. In the first instance, no investment is required in either raw materials or WIP or finished goods, while in the second occasion there exists no receivable as there is immediate realization of cash. Hence the requirement of working capital will be lower.

 2    Seasonality of Operations:

If the product of the firm has a seasonal demand like refrigerators, the firms need high working capital in the periods of summer, as the demand for the refrigerators is more and the firm needs low working capital in the periods of winter, as the demand for the product is low.

3.      Production Cycle:

The term production cycle refers to the time involved in the manufacture of goods. It covers the time span between the procurement of the raw materials and the completion of the manufacturing process leading to the production of goods. As funds are necessarily tied up during the production cycle, the production cycle has a bearing on the quantum of working capital.

The longer the time span of production cycle, the larger will be the funds tied up and therefore the larger the working capital needed and vice versa.

4.Production Policy:

The quantum of working capital is also determined by production policy. In case of the firms having seasonal demand of the products like refrigerators, air coolers etc. and the production policy of the firm determines the amount of working capital requirement. If the firm has production policy to carry production at a steady level to meet the peak demand, this will result in a large accumulation of finished goods (inventories) during the off-seasons and the abrupt sale during the peak season. The progressive accumulation of finished goods will naturally require an increasing amount of working capital. If the firm has production policy to produce only when there is a demand then the firm needs low working capital during the slack season and high working capital during season.

 5. Credit Policy:

The level of the working capital is also determined by the credit policy, as the firm’s credit policy determines the amount of receivables. If the firm has a liberal credit policy, then the firm needs high working capital and the firm needs low working capital if the company’s credit policy does not allow it to extend credit to the buyers.

6. Market Conditions:

The working capital requirements are also determined by the market conditions. In case of the high degree of competition prevailing in the market the firm has to maintain larger inventories as customers are not inclined to wait for the product. This needs higher working capital requirements. If there is good demand for the product and the competition is weak, a firm can manage with smaller inventory of finished goods, as customers can wait for the product if it is not available in the market.

Thus, a firm can manage with low inventory and will need low working capital requirements.

 7.Conditions of Supply:

The availability of raw materials and spares also determine the level of working capital. If there is ready availability of raw materials and spares, a firm can maintain minimum inventory and need less working capital. If the supply of raw materials is unpredictable, then the firm has to acquire stocks as and when they are available for ensuring continuous production.

Thus, the firm needs to maintain larger inventory average and needs larger requirementofworkingcapital.

CONCLUSION:

From the above discussion, it is made clear that the objective of financial management is to maximize the shareholders wealth. Hence, it is needed to generate sufficient profits. The profits generated depend mainly on sales volume. When the goods are being sold on credit as is the normal practice of business firms today to cope with increased competition the sale of goods cannot be converted into cash instantly because of time lag between sales and realization of cash. Further this is possible only through evolving effective working capital policy and better administration on current assets financing.

Finding an Investment Loan

November 6, 2011 Posted by admin

When it comes to finding an investment loan, whether you want to purchase property or help fund a new product or an upcoming business it is always important to do your homework. Even in today’s economy there are many options available to an individual who would like to secure an investment loan, this is where taking the extra time to research your options has the potential of saving you thousands over the course of the loan. It is important to understand that there is a major difference between an investment loan and a mortgage or business loan, and these differences need to be understood even before you approach your financial institution.

All loans are not created equal and understanding the purpose of each option can have very positive effects on your bottom line. When it comes to investing in property either for resale or for potential rental income it is important to know that the loan you will need is an investment loan, not a mortgage. While both loans seem the same on the surface, in actuality they are very different. There are many tax incentives and programs that are available to those who have a mortgage on a property that are not available for those who have an investment loan, and vice versa.

When attempting to secure a loan for either a business or a new product there are different types of loans that are available depending on the amount of interest you will have in the business. If you want to start your own business then you will need to secure a business loan, however if you only want to become an investor or have a small interest in an existing business then you will need an investment loan. The same is true if you are in a position to help bring a valuable new product onto the commercial or private market. Depending on how much interest you have in the venture will depend on what type of loan you will need to secure, however in this situation the most common is an investment loan.

While all of this may sound confusing there are many ways to determine the exact type of loan you will need in any given situation. The first step is to always do your homework both on the type of loan you will need to secure and you personal finances. Understanding every possible avenue when it comes to funding can greatly increase the chances of getting the best deal possible. It also has the potential of saving thousands of dollars over the course of the loan.

There are a few key facts that have not changed when it comes to securing an investment loan, and they start with knowing exactly how much interest you will have in a property, business, or new product. An investment loan should only be considered if you want to “buy-into” a company, purchase an investment property, or help fund a new product that on the market. This is a simplified explanation of the best times to obtain a investment loan, however you should always speak to your financial institution to customize the right funding options for your situation.

Buy A Butane Lighters For A Great Cigar Experience

June 24, 2010 Posted by admin

You are relaxing in your house admiring how a beautiful a day it is and you feel like smoking a cigar or two, or picture yourself in your plush office just closing the deal of lifetime and you feel like having a personal celebration by smoking, or you just plainly want to indulge yourself and smoke your treasured Havana’s.  So you open your cigar case or the humidor containing them, you take one out, you inhale its scent and deep aroma cut off the end put it on your mouth then you take out your lighter and lit it, you’re a little giddy with excitement looking forward to great day, and looking forward to a great cigar experience. So you take your first puff, and you choke like you are going to vomit. Instead of a good cigar, you just tasted fuel. And your perfectly good cigar is ruined, not only that, your perfectly great day is ruined. The lighter did it. Who knows what is going to happen next?

Get one of those butane lighters, and I guarantee that the things I wrote above will not happen. Butane lighters are, of course, lighters that use butane for fuel. Butane when you use it in your room is a gaseous hydrocarbon compound, in layman’s terms it means it butane lighters burn clean and its flame has high heat value. Butane is also priced reasonably so your refill will not cost much. That is why butane lighters are perfect for your cigar. It is odorless and tasteless so it does not have that nasty aftertaste unlike your traditional lighter which uses traditional fuel. And one more awesome thing about butane lighters is that, although butane is highly flammable it also has very high pressure, which actually makes butane lighters very safe to use. It is even referred to as the future fuel. Who knows butane lighters could also be the future of lighters?

Having a great cigar does not necessarily mean having a great cigar experience. If you are really serious about your smoking, there are other things aside from cigar or cigarettes you need to make yourself an expert of, like lighters.

Tips on Caribbean Shopping (watch Out, Pirates!)

June 21, 2010 Posted by admin

Veteran cruisers to the Mexican Riveria will tell you that there is more to recommend Cozumel than just electric blue waters, killer Margaritas, and great snorkeling. It may just be one of the all-time best shopping destinations in the Caribbean. So how can you steer clear of the pirates of the Caribbean (most of whom no longer wear eye patches but instead operate shops catering to tourists) and get a good deal?

Some of the best shopping in Cozumel is within easy walking distance of the port. The cruise ship docks and shoppers can pretty much walk to great shopping in a few minutes. But there are lots of shops and even sidewalk displays. How do you know what’s what?

There are really two main categories of merchandise in Cozumel. The first might be considered in the souvenir category and spans trinkets to very nice quality merchandise with a distinctive Mexican feel. The second category would be luxury products.

If your shopping list includes colorful but inexpensive jewelry, a bottle of tequila, a leather wallet, and some Mexican pottery, there are quite a few shops that will meet your needs. One of the best and easiest to navigate is Cinco Soles (Five Suns) near the port. Here you can find everything from toys to dishes to T-shirts to leather goods along with the ubiquitous tequila and bottles of vanilla (Mexican vanilla is generally of very high quality and reasonably priced). The store personnel speak English and accept credit cards.

A fun shop in Cozumel that is not really Mexican is Del Sol which sells plain-looking T-shirts, tote bags, Frisbees, even nail polish, that change color when exposed to sunlight. Del Sol stores are located at many locations (not just Cozumel) but they’re still fun and the bright sunlight of Mexico shows off the Del Sol treasures to great effect. There’s one near the cruise port.

You may also see small sidewalk displays and other offers for everything from marionettes to dangling earrings. Wending your way through the shopping district of Cozumel can be tough, since merchants will speak to you and attempt to lure you into their shops. You can simply walk on by; merchants will not actually grab you and push you into their stores. If you make eye contact, you will be at a massive disadvantage; the more you respond to them, the more likely they will be to kick up their persuasion a notch to get you into the shop. On the other hand, if you’re out shopping, it can be fun to talk to local merchants and allow them to show off their best wares for you.

There are lots of big and small displays of such goods and if you do not spend very much, it is unlikely you can go too far wrong.

The other end of the Cozumel shopping spectrum involves luxury stores. Believe it or not, there are several outlets of Diamonds International and other high-end jewelry stores in Cozumel. You’ll see them all over as you walk along the waterfront (likely in view of your cruise ship, that’s how close they are).

Specialties at these stores include high-end watches, gold, silver, diamonds, emeralds, tanzanite, Mexican fire opal, and two rare gemstones ammolite and alexandrite. (If you do not know these stones, it can be worth a visit to one of these stores to see them.)

Don’t expect these stores to offer diamond rings for a pittance. But there are reasons why savvy jewelry buyers make the trek to Cozumel to do some special shopping.

First, there is no sales tax in Cozumel. If you stay within your allowance for the amount of merchandise you can bring home without paying duty (which is $800 for a U.S. citizen), you pay only for the merchandise. In the U.S., sales tax is around 8% and it is even higher in Canada and Europe.

Second, many of these top stores have an international presence. You can get customer service once you’re back home.

Third, many cruise lines have developed relationships with some of these stores. This sometimes engenders suspicion, but the relationships are actually beneficial to cruise passengers eager to buy high-end merchandise.

If your cruise ship has a shopping expert or if there is a talk on shopping, by all means participate if you think you’ll be buying products (particularly jewelry) in Cozumel. It is true that the shopping guru onboard will steer you toward certain shops and it is likely that those shops have paid a promotional consideration to the cruise line for that publicity.

But here is why that’s good for passengers. Most cruise lines will not endorse just any store that can pay a fee. Cruises return to the same port over and over again in a season and it would not be good business to recommend shops that were difficult to deal with, charged exorbitant prices, or otherwise were bad news for the customers.

Second, some cruise lines (such as Carnival) will allow you to register your purchases at selected stores while onboard. If you take advantage of this service, the cruise line guarantees the merchandise. That means if your new watch stops once you get home or you find out your gold and tanzanite ring is not authentic, the cruise line backs the merchandise.

Finding out if your cruise line does this and what shops it recommends is a great activity for you to do on your day(s) at sea before hitting Cozumel. Registering purchases with the cruise line should be done on the next sea day because you must register what you buy while still onboard the ship.

Luxury items abound in Cozumel: jewelry, perfume, watches, and even rugs. Rugs from exotic places like Turkey, India, Pakistan and Persia can be purcased in Cozumel (great selection, no sales tax, outstanding service) and shipped to your address back home. The Rug Emporium offers an extensive display, lots of English-speaking help, and free shipping Stateside.

Last but not least, lots of people buy liquor in Cozumel. Tequila and Kahlua are the most popular but by no means the only alcoholic purchases you can make. Liquor can be purchased in Cozumel at the shops or can be bought onboard ship for around the same price (but possibly not with the same selection).

The same is true for perfume. The onboard shops likely offer some fragrance and cosmetic products, but the big perfume shop on Cozumel’s main street by the harbor has a much more extensive collection. If what you like is onboard, you can probably get about the same good deal as you can by buying it in the land shop. However, if you want to see a broader range of products or you want to buy a product that the onboard boutique does not stock, you need to try the land store.

Cigar aficionados will find that Cuban cigars are not only legal in Cozumel (and onboard once the ship is in international waters) but plentiful. If this is a big deal for you, enjoy them in Mexico and on the boat, but don’t bring them back into the U.S.

So what about those famous pirates of the Caribbean? Like any buzzing shopping mecca, Cozumel has its share of merchants who sell shoddy merchandise, counterfeit products, or things they claim to be silver and gold (which are not). If you are not expert enough to know the difference, steer clear of shady looking vendors or shops far off the beaten track. The old adage “if it looks too good to be true, it probably is” holds true for ridiculously priced diamonds or gemstones.

Most cruise lines will warn you to avoid spending big money with dubious vendors. If you want to buy a T-shirt, a kid’s necklace, or some typical souvenir items, go ahead and shop the small stores or street vendors. If you are thinking of spending hundreds or thousands on jewelry, go to a reputable and recommended store. They’re there in Cozumel!

Zip on over to http://www.TheCruise-Shopper.com for the latest in cruise ship information. TheCruise-Shopper does not sell travel so you won’t be under any pressure to buy anything (not like going to Cozumel). Mandy Karlik wrote this article. Her last Cozumel purchases: a leather wallet, Chanel Chance perfume, and a very wonderful new watch. Imagine what she could do if she had more than a couple of hours!

10 Tips for the Cigar Novice

June 9, 2010 Posted by admin

Starting up a new hobby can be intimidating. Going golfing for the first time with a bunch of guys who have been doing it for years can make a beginner feel self-conscious about his lack of prowess on the links. People just learning to play guitar will go for years refusing to play in front of others. Even someone learning to cook might be embarrassed to share a less than savory meal with his family.

Some people might not consider smoking cigars a hobby, but it certainly is a pastime and it has its own intricacies just like anything else. There are traditions and faux pas when it comes to smoking cigars that any old puffer at the country club will notice and call you out on in a heartbeat.

Good-natured as the ribbing may be, it can’t hurt to brush up on some cigar “do’s and don’ts” before you have a cigar among the aficionados. Included are some suggestions for classy cigars and accessories that will show off your sense of refinement and good taste.

1. It is not a race. Smoking a cigar should be a leisure activity. The best way to start is to smoke as if it is no big deal. Take your time and enjoy it.

The Ashton Magnum is a smooth and creamy cigar that is perfect for new smokers. The aroma and flavor is remarkably consistent so you won’t ever get a bad draw. Ashton Magnums are made from Dominican leaves and shade-grown Connecticut wrappers. It is truly a cigar to be savored.

2. Trim the end of your cigar with a cigar cutter. Don’t try to bite it off with your teeth. This may look cool in the movies but it will just leave you with an unsightly and decidedly uncouth mouthful of tobacco.

The Double Blade Stainless Round Cigar Cutter from Orleans is an inexpensive yet fully functional cigar cutter. In other words, it is perfect for beginners. It works with a dual-blade guillotine action, which ensures a shred-free cut. It is housed in a durable stainless steel case for a long lifespan.

3. Don’t grind out a cigar in an ashtray. Let it go out on its own. This is a handy technique for being able to re-light a cigar later on. It is also polite to not leave the smudged out remains of tobacco scattered around in an ashtray.

In your own home, it is also nice to have a relatively clean ashtray. The Flor De Gonzalez Ashtray is made of simple black porcelain with the company’s logo in the center. It is square with resting places for your cigar in all four corners.

4. If there is less than a quarter left, let it go out in an ashtray. When a cigar starts to get that short, it will begin to lose its flavor. Nothing gold can stay. When it gets to the ¼ mark, it is time to let it go.

Another practical and stylish ashtray is the Hexagon Crystal Cigar Ashtray from Orleans. It looks incredibly luxurious for its modest price. It has wide stirrups (that’s where the cigar rests) to accommodate bigger cigars and a deep bowl for plenty of ash.

5. Don’t show off. Nothing screams amateur more than someone who makes a big deal out of smoking a cigar. Cigar holders and fancy smoking techniques are the antithesis of the cool guy casually smoking a cigar. You are allowed to blow smoke rings though. That’s a cool trick that’s not overtly flashy.

The best way to look natural smoking a cigar is to find one that you enjoy. In the beginning, it is best to start with a milder cigar and work your way up to fuller flavors. The Montecristo #1 is a legendary Cuban-inspired cigar that is made in the Dominican Republic.

6. Don’t chew on it. You are not Peter Parker’s grizzled boss at the newspaper. You are not a grunt in World War II. Unless you are being shot at or trying to ruin Spider-Man’s good name, chewing on a cigar is just plain gross.

Fine cigars can be works of art and the Griffin’s Robusto Natural is not something that you chomp away at. It has a rich and mild taste that smokers of every level can enjoy.

7. Don’t ask for a light. Seriously, you are a cigar smoker now. You should be carrying your own lighter around. In the worst case scenario, ask the bartender for a pack of matches.

The refillable Xikar EX Windproof Flame Cigar Lighter is far more practical than it sounds. It looks good and is affordable without appearing cheap or flashy. It is a functional, fantastic lighter that gets your cigar lit. What else could you want?

8. Don’t be afraid to let it go out and re-light it later. If you have spent some money on a nice cigar, there is no need to smoke it all at once and no need to waste it. Just scrape the ash off and rotate it over a flame for a moment to catch it again.

The Davidoff Millienium Churchill is a full-bodied, hearty, Dominican cigar that you won’t want to let go to waste. These cigars are top-notch and have a complex blend of aromas and flavors. Don’t be afraid to let it go out and enjoy the rest later.

9. Take your time warming up the end before you light it. This prevents you from charring the tobacco.

The Vector Vulcan Triple Flame shoots out a powerful trident flame that will allow you to perfectly light your cigar without over-toasting it.

10.  Don’t smoke one after another. You are not chain smoking cigarettes here. Cigars are meant to be savored. Take your time and enjoy it. When it’s done, it’s done. Get on with your life for a while before having another.

If you find yourself enjoying your new pastime of smoking cigars, you are going to want to eventually invest in a humidor to keep them fresh. The Capri Humidor is a lovely, affordable way to keep your cigars tasting fresh for a long time.

Smoking cigars isn’t like smoking cigarettes. It is a hobby, not a habit. It is the difference between enjoying a fine glass of wine and slamming whiskey before noon. Take to heart these tips and smoke in moderation and you will be on your way in no time.

Ways to Prevent and Eliminate Cigar Breath

May 31, 2010 Posted by admin

Newton’s third law puts it this way: For every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction. But the old ’70s soul song says it all much more colorfully: You always have to pay for the fun you’ve had.

No matter what your hobby or pet pastime, there’s always some undesirable aspect that has to be dealt with. If you’re an athlete, you may have to spend the occasional Monday morning icing a pulled muscle. Sports spectators have to deal with hard bleacher seats, cold weather, and possibly obnoxious bellowing from the guy in the next row-unless you catch the game on TV, where you just have to put up with odd camera angles. Or let’s say you like reading: Obsessive readers may end up with slight vision problems-in fact, graduate students in literature are often advised that they should expect (and be checked for) increased nearsightedness with each year of study. Too much TV can induce apathy and is positively correlated with depression and obesity (and with infomercials, a far worse fate). And most everybody enjoys video games, but if you enjoy them too much, you may-there are documented cases of this-incur a repetitive stress injury to your thumb. As for pet owners, well, let’s not even talk about all the poop-scooping that becomes part of your life.

And cigar smokers have their own result of fun to consider. Specifically, the aromatic scent of their favorite cigar may attach to unwelcome places such as clothes. In fact, back when cigar smoking was the universal habit of Victorian gentleman, many of these smokers would maintain a separate outfit to wear when smoking, which would absorb the fumes. (Thus the terms “smoking jacket” and “smoking cap,” which we still use.)

But it’s the effect of a cigar scent settling on breath that some cigar smokers may find troublesome. The considerate cigar smoker is aware of this and plans accordingly. Here are some suggestions to help you pay for the enjoyment you’ve had-without paying too much!

1) Choose good cigars. This may seem like an obvious point, but the better-made the cigar, the less chemical the odor. Buy well-made, hand-rolled, long-filler cigars from a quality cigar outlet or online store.

2) For while you’re smoking: Drink tea, or eat. (Mild-flavored teas are most recommended; as for foodstuffs, consider dark chocolates or other simple, strong-but-not-too-strong tastes.) “Cutting” your cigar with food or drink can help absorb both the aftertaste and the effects on breath.

3) Keep some fresh parsley on hand-or even a parsley plant in your kitchen or living room, or whatever room is nearest to the place where you smoke. This herb has traditionally come recommended for its odor-killing powers.

4) Chew gum. Mint-flavored gums are recommended, the stronger the better.

5) On that note, try chewing raw mint. As with parsley, you can keep it around in its herbal form and chew it undiluted after a cigar. You can also keep strong breath mints on hand.

6) Mouth sprays, as well as mouthwashes specifically intended for cigar smokers, are available commercially, and can be purchased from cigar stores or online cigar retailers. These are highly recommended. They’re made by people who understand. Some of the anti-cigar-breath mouthwashes have the side benefit of clearing away the tar that might otherwise stain your teeth. If these mouthwashes aren’t available, a typical mouthwash and a good tooth-brushing will be a lot better than nothing.

7) To avoid breath problems the next morning after a smoke: After a smoke, never go to bed without eating something. Even if it’s just a tiny, simple snack, it “cuts” the cigar and reduces breath problems while seeming to absorb and clear away the odors in your mouth.

So, to recap: enjoy good cigars. Drink tea or eat while you smoke, or after you smoke. Brush your teeth like Mom said, and use a good mouthwash-perhaps especially a mouthwash intended for cigar smokers. And mint and thyme help too, especially for those days when you have to rush from your smoke to a work meeting or a date.

CigarFox provides you the opportunity to build your own sampler of the finest cigars that include cigar brands like Montecristo, Romeo & Julieta, H Upmann, Macanudo, Cohiba, Partagas, Gurkha and many more. Choose from more than 1200 different cigars! Other cigar products include cigar humidors, cigar boxes, and cigar accessories like Zippo Lighters.

PSP Go Download Center – Scam or Real Deal?

January 14, 2010 Posted by admin

More than likely if you’ve been searching for PSP Go games, you’ve come across some info about a site called the PSP Go Download Center. And if you’re like me you probably wondered if PSP Go Download Center scam or an actual deal. Let me share with you my findings.

A week or so ago I was online and doing a Google search for PSP Go games to find somewhere other than the Playstation store that I could get games for my new handheld
. Through my searches I came across a couple places that talked about the PSP Go Download Center.

After reading that they offered unlimited downloads of PSP Go games, music, videos, and software for cheap I began to think that this is too good to be true. I thought it’s either a scam or it’s illegal one or the other.

I really wanted to find out if it was real or not.So, I took a leap of faith.I purchased a membership at the PSP Go Download center to investigate on my own.I got my membership and then headed into the members area.

What I found was exactly what I had read about. I found a huge list of hundreds of thousands of PSP Go games, movies, songs, and other things that I could download. I went through all of the FAQs on the site just to make sure it was legal and O.K. for me to download from the PSP Go Download Center.

There are no illegal copies of copyrighted material in the PSP Go Download Center. I found out everything can be downloaded without having to worry about getting in trouble at all. That was a relief.

I even download some of the games and movies to check them out. The quality was actually really good. Just like you would see from the official Playstation store.

I was very impressed. I went ahead and got the lifetime membership so I could get unlimited downloads and not have to worry about paying for my membership again.

The PSP Go Download Center is not a scam. And it is legal. I suggest that if you want to build up your game collection that you get a membership. It’s actually a really good site to get stuff from.
